Benchpress 260 lbs

Today wake up no warm up asymmetrical workout, 3x2 at 235, 1 x 1 at 240, 3 x2 at 255 and 3x1 at 260 lbs in the bench press followed by 100 asynnetrical push ups.

last week, all I did for bench press was 235 once a day in the morning. The week before that I didn't bench press at all.Now I am 260 lb. Working on pushing 300 lbs in the next month.

65 lb increase in one month, bench press and not even be in the gym everyday all day. inhale Breathing and Asymmetrical
